About Risë VanFleet

Dr. Risë VanFleet is known internationally for her fun and informative presentations and workshops, as well as for her books, articles, and DVDs about the fields of play therapy, Filial Therapy, and Animal Assisted Play Therapy. SHIPMENTS: What to Expect

When you place an order with us, your card is charged immediately. Please be advised that I (Risë VanFleet) am often out of the office, and sometimes the country, conducting training programs, so there can be delays in shipping your items, sending you passwords for the online courses, or acknowledging your registration for training seminars. The delays can be from 1-3 weeks when I am traveling. I try to ship all orders and send out relevant information as quickly as possible when I return to the office. Unfortunately, the secure, PayPal-based payment system that we use does not permit delayed billing. We try to minimize these delays, but sometimes they are inevitable, given the training schedule. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy:

There can be no refunds for online courses and e-books after they have been sent. Regular books may be returned only within a month of purchase if they are in NEW condition. There is a $35-$50 processing fee depending on the number of books returned. Any returned checks or online payments are subject to a $35 fee as well. Cancellations of in-person workshops for any reason are subject to the cancellation policies on the flyers for each workshop, and these do result in the forfeited amounts noted. We suggest that you contact us by email if you have any questions about this.
